Our Cold Brew is a dark roast combo of South American and Central American beans.
We serve it in-house, and our founding roaster designed these beans to be brewed cold overnight without becoming sour or bitter, while retaining mellow nutty and molasses notes. It can be served black or with any milks and sweeteners you can imagine. We are regularly compliments for the smoothness and pleasant flavor which plays well with flavor syrups.
Many of our local customers love this blend for its versatility, as it’s just as delicious brewed hot in a pour-over or French Press or served as an espresso shot.
